摘  要:模拟松嫩盐碱草地碱化土壤的离子组成配制碱性盐溶液处理星星草(Puccinelliatenuiflora)幼苗,测定了碱性盐胁迫下星星草幼苗地上部分几种渗透调节物质含量的变化。随着碱性盐浓度及胁迫天数的增加,Na+ 、可溶性盐、游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖的含量逐渐增加,其中游离脯氨酸的变化倍数最大。K+ 含量在浓度小于20g L-1 碱性盐胁迫下随胁迫天数增加而略为减少,在40 g L-1 和60 g L-1碱性盐胁迫下先是降低,而后迅速增加。Puccinellia tenuiflora seedlings were treated by alkaline salt solution that was made up according to ions composition of the alkaline soil of Songnen alkaline grassland. Contents of several osmotica in above-ground part of P. tenuiflora seedling under alkaline salt stress were determined. With the increment of alkaline salt concentration and stress days, content of Na +, soluble salt, free proline and soluble carbohydrate increased gradually, and the change of free proline is the greatest. Under the stress of alkaline salt which concentration is smaller than 20 g L -1 , K + content decreased a little with the stress days, and under the concentration of 40 g L -1 and 60 g L -1 , K + content decreased first, and then increased rapidly.
