摘　　要：目的:观察氨溴索对婴幼儿下呼吸道感染的辅助治疗效果。方法:将我院儿科收治的264例下呼吸道感染的婴幼儿,随机分为两组,治疗组148例用综合治疗加用氨溴索治疗;对照组116例只用综合治疗,观察比较两组的疗效。结果:对照组的总有效率为78.5%;治疗组的总有效率为95.3%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氨溴索辅助治疗婴幼儿下呼吸道感染可明显提高临床疗效。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of ambroxol on infantile lower respiratory tract infection.Methods：264 infantile cases of lower respiratory tract infection in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.148 cases in the treatment group was treated with ambroxol and 116 cases in the control group did not use ambroxol.To observe the therapeutic effect between the two groups.Results：The total effective rate was 95.3% in the treatment group and 78.5% in the control group with significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Ambroxol as adjuvant therapy to treat lower respiratory tract infection can obviously enhance the clinical effect.
