摘  要:运用多次单株选择法进行甘农6号紫花苜蓿(长穗苜蓿类型)新品种的选育。从原始材料中选择穗长8cm以上的优良植株,采取扦插繁殖建立无性株系产生种子,经多次单株选择建立株系,并进行株系比较、品系比较和品种比较。结果表明,甘农6号生育期与对照德福、甘农1号一致,其株高、生长速度、再生强度和种子产量明显高于对照,种子千粒重低于对照,是具有种子高产潜力的新品种。Medicago sativa L.cv.Gannong No.6 was bred through many times by using individual selection method.The individuals which ear length were above 8cm were selected and cloned through cutting propagation for establishing clones to get seeds,then cultivar comparative tests were done.The results showed that the growth and development period of the Gannong No.6 was same as the contrast,Deft and Gannong No.1,but Gannong No.6 were more better in plant height,growth speed,regeneration intensity,grass yield and seed yield than contrast except in thousand-seed weight.This indicated that the Gannong No.6 is a new varieties with high yield potential of seeds.
