摘 要:采用五种免疫功能测定法对832只健康KM小鼠和83只BALB/c小鼠进行免疫学功能指标的测定。结果表明ConA诱导小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化能力OD值分别为00148~00192和001201~00206;二硝基氟苯诱导小鼠迟发型变态反应(耳肿胀法)小鼠耳重差分别为1039~1217mg和11468~16234mg;血清溶血素抗体积数分别为7898~9130和10673~11607;碳廓清吞噬指数a分别为4752~4858和4470~5598;小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的指数分别为0398~0461和0331~0499,吞噬百分数分别为3372~3718和2924~4110。上述数据可信区间为99%,两鼠间DTH及抗体积数值有高度显著性差异(P<001)。在进行免疫药理学、免疫毒理学和保健食品功能学研究时,以实验小鼠为材料运用DTH和血清溶血素抗体积数实验时,应首选BALB/c小鼠。而进行其它三项免疫学指标实验时可首选KM小鼠。Determination paramters of immunologic functiions by five methods in 832 Kunming mice and 83 BALB/c mice was conducted. The results showed that the OD is 0.01480.0192 in KM and 0.012010.0206 in BALB/c in transfer ability of splenocytes by ConA irradiated mice; ear\|weight\|deviation of mice is 10.3912.17mg in Km, 11.46816.234 in BALB/c in delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) by dinitrofluorobenzene (DNFB) irradiated mice; antibody integral of sero hemolysin is 78.9891.30 in KM and 106.73116.07 in BALB/c; clearance index of charcoal particles (a) in KM and BALB/c are 4.7514.858 and 4.4705.598 respectively; phagocytosis index of murine peritoneal macrophage is 0.3980.461 in KM, 0.3310.499 in BALB/c and phagocytosis percentage (%) is 33.7237.18 in KM and 29.2441.10 in BALB/c. The confidence limited of all of above parameters are 99%. DTH and antibody integral of sero hemolysin in KM and BALB/c are significant deference (P<0.01). It suggested that normal index of immunolgic function could provid basic valuble data for study of immunology, pharmacology and health foods, also perfect biological intension of Kunming mice. During the study of DTH and antibody integral of sero\|hemolysin in immunopharmacolgy, immunotoxinology and health foods, BALB/c mice should be first selected as experimental material. Otherwise, to detect other three immunologic indexs should be first selected KM mice.
