中药促生汤促小鼠宫颈成熟的实验研究

摘　　要：为研究中药促生汤促小鼠宫颈成熟的效果及其作用机制，以受孕昆明鼠作为实验对象，放免法检测小鼠血液Ｅ２（雌二醇）、Ｐ（孕酮）水平及光镜下观察小鼠宫颈胶原纤维的变化。实验组与对照组相比：Ｅ２水平明显升高（ｐ＜０．００１），Ｐ水平明显下降（ｐ＜０．０５），宫颈组织疏松、密度降低，胶原纤维破坏、断裂、排列紊乱，小鼠平均提前两天分娩，幼仔存活率无差别。说明中药促生汤有明显的促宫颈成熟的作用，其作用机制可能是通过改变Ｅ２及Ｐ水平，影响宫颈胶原酶活性，加速宫颈胶原纤维断裂、降解、重新排列而实现的。In order to sutdy the effects and the mechanism of Chinese herb \!CuShengTang' on promoting the cervical ripening of the pregnant mice. The E2 and P levels of mice blood were tested by radioimmunoassay and the cervical collagen fibers of mice were examined under light microscope. Comparing with the control group: the experimental group delivered two days early, E2 level was higher (p<0.001) and P level was lower(p<0.05), the tissue of cervix was sparsed and the collagen fiber rearranged and broke. Chinese herb \!CuShengTang' has clear effect on promoting the cervical ripening of the pregant mice. Changing of E2P level increased the activity of the cervical collagenase, leading to a rearrangment and break of the cervical collagen fibers.
