摘　　要：大鼠皮下注射Ｄ－半乳糖４８ｍｇ／ｋｇ４２天，导致体重、胸腺和脾重量的改变，血清ＳＯＤ活性下降，表明Ｄ－半乳糖诱发的拟衰老反应是建立衰老模型的可行途径。The rat was injected subcutaneously with the dose of 48 mg D-galactose/Kg/day for 42 days.The result was that the weight of thymus and spleen changed and the activity of serum SOD decreased.This showed the possibility of estalishing the aging model with mimetic aging reactions induced by D-galactose.
