地芬诺酯滥用文献及监测数据的分析

摘　　要：地芬诺酯是哌替啶衍生物,药理作用与阿片类物质相似。近年来药物滥用监测数据显示,吸毒人员存在滥用地芬诺酯及过量使用导致中毒的问题,正常人群中也出现了滥用地芬诺酯的病例报道。本文对近年来地芬诺酯的滥用文献及监测数据进行初步阐述,旨在分析地芬诺酯的滥用趋势,促进公众合理使用,并为药品监管部门的监管提供信息支持。Diphenoxylate is a ramification of meperidine and has similar pharmacology reaction with opioid.Monitoring data of these years indicated that drug abuser did use diphenoxylate and overdose of diphenoxylate can lead to poisoning.There are also some case reports about diphenoxylate abuse in normal people.This paper tentatively introduced abuse document and monitoring data of diphenoxylate in order to reveal abuse tendency and to promote intelligent use of this substance.Hoping this paper can provide some information for drug administration.
