摘  要:目的:优选三黄散瘀巴布剂中黄柏的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用单因素试验和L9(34)正交试验法,考察提取溶剂、提取方法、乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取次数及提取时间等因素的影响,以盐酸小檗碱的转移率作为评价指标,确定黄柏的最佳提取工艺条件。结果:三黄散瘀巴布剂中黄柏的最佳提取工艺为:加10倍量60%乙醇溶液,回流提取3次,每次1.5h。结论:优选的提取工艺方法可行、工艺稳定、重现性好,可有效提取制剂的有效成分。Objective: To optimize the extractive technology of Cortex Phellodendri in Sanhuang Sanyu Cataplasm. Methods: The Single -factor experiment and orthogonal experiment was used to research the influence of the extractive technology such as extractive solvent, extractive method, concentration of ethanol, volume of ethanol, extraction time and times. The transfer rates of Berberine hydrochloride were used as the index to optimize the best extractive technology. Results: The optimized conditions of extractive technology was as follows: adding 10 times the volume of 60 % ethanol so- lution to decoction pieces of Cortex Phellodendri, boiling third, each was 1.5h. Conclusion: The optimized extractive technology of Cortex Phellodendri is more feasible and good in reproducibility, which can effectively extract the active in- gredients of Sanhuang Sanyu Cataplasm.
