摘　　要：目的:探索治疗冠心病中成药的处方规律。方法:收录374种用于治疗冠心病的中成药,建立数据库,运用探索性因子分析的方法总结其处方规律。结果:经过探索性因子分析,结合临床,共提取5个公因子,可概括为活血行气因子、益气养阴因子、醒神开窍因子、补益气血因子及降糖调脂因子。结论:治疗冠心病的中成药处方以活血化瘀药、补虚药、开窍药为主;治疗原则以活血行气、益气养阴、醒神开窍、补益气血及降糖调脂为主。Objective： To explore the prescription laws of Chinese Patent Medicine in treating coronary heart disease. Methods： To collect 374 species of Chinese Patent Medicine for the treatment of coronary heart disease, to establish a database, using exploratory factor analysis method summarized their prescription laws. Results ： After exploratory factor anal- ysis, combining clinical, extraction of five common factor that can be summarized as activating - blood and regulating - qi factor, Reinforcing qi and Nourishing yin factor, rousing the spirit and resuscitating the orifices factor ,tonic qi - blood factor and adjusting blood sugar and lipid content factor. Conclusion： The Chinese Patent Medicine prescription of treating coronary heart disease mainly contains Blood circulation drugs, Deficiency - nourishing drugs and inducing reuscitation drugs, therapeutic principle to quicken the blood and move Qi ,supplement Qi and nourishing Yin,rouse the spirit and resuscitate the orifices ,nourish and replenish Qi and blood and adjust blood sugar and lipid content.
