玉米须煎剂治疗慢性肾小球肾炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨玉米须煎剂对慢性肾小球肾炎(以下简称慢性肾炎)的临床疗效。方法:慢性肾炎62例,按就诊顺序的奇偶数随机分为治疗组、对照组各31例。两组病人均进行休息、限盐等一般治疗及西药常规治疗。治疗组服玉米须煎剂,对照组服安慰剂。结果:治疗组完全缓解率及总有效率分别为58.1%及96.8%,均明显高于对照组(32.2%和61.3%)(P<0.05)。结论:玉米须煎剂在治疗慢性肾炎中显示出更高疗效、更少反复。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of stigmata maydis elixation on patients with chronic Glomeru- lonephtitis. Methods：62 patients with chronic nephritis were randomly divided into two groups including treatment group （ n = 31 ） and coutrol group（ n = 31 ）. Two groups were routinely treated with resting,salt restriction and conventional western medicine. Stigmata maydis elixation and dummy were given to two groups respectively. Results： The complete remission rate and total effective rate was 58.1% and 96.8% respectively in treatment group and 32.2% and 61.3% respectively in control group. Conclusions ： The treatment of stigmata maydis elixation in patients with chronic nephritis is relatively safe and effective.
