摘 要:目的:观察黄龙丸的抗疲劳作用。方法:取30只小鼠,按体重随机分为空白对照组、抗衰复春片组、黄龙丸组。空白对照组灌胃蒸馏水,抗衰复春片组灌胃抗衰复春片混悬液0.7g/kg,黄龙丸组灌胃黄龙丸混悬液2.5g/kg,以0.2mL/10g灌胃,日1次给药,连续灌胃16天。给药第14天观察疲劳棒耐力时间,第15天观察小鼠游泳至力竭时间,第16天观察小鼠耐缺氧时间。结果:黄龙丸可明显增加小鼠疲劳棒落榜时间、增加小鼠负荷游泳时间和耐缺氧时间,与空白对照组比较有显著性差异,P<0.05。结论:黄龙丸有一定的抗疲劳作用。Objective: To observe the anti -fatigue pill Huanglong.
