摘　　要：痴呆是多由髓减脑消或痰瘀痹阻脑络,神机失用而引起的无意识障碍状态下,以呆傻愚笨、智力低下、善忘等为主要临床表现的一种脑功能减退性疾病。已研究发现很多中药对痴呆有很好的促智作用。Dementia is a kind of disease of cerebral functional subsindence. Due to phlegm - stasis obstructing the network vessels of brain and decreased brain -marrow, the vital activity is apraxia, which cause the uncounscjousness dis- order, the main manifestation of dementia include expressionless, fool, daffy, mental retardation, amnesia. Now we have found many herbs which are very useful to nootropic effect in different ways.
