从同名称不同剂型中成药的统计分析谈中药剂型改革

摘　　要：目的：通过对《中华人民共和国药典临床用药须知中药卷》（2005版）中收载的同名称不同剂型中成药进行统计分析，笔者综合相关文献对中药剂型改革提出一些建议，从而促进合理用药。方法：查阅《中华人民共和国药典临床用药须知中药卷》（2005版），采用excel、柱状图对数据进行分析统计。结果：具有两种以上剂型的中成药共228种，约占总数的16％，胶囊剂、片剂、颗粒剂、丸剂、口服液是目前运用较多的剂型，滴丸、泡腾片、微丸、水丸、袋泡剂、煎膏是目前运用较少的剂型；有两种剂型的中成药最多，占228种的71．5％，有7～8种剂型的中成药最少，仅占228种的0．4％。结论：笔者认为，目前我国中成药品种、剂型繁多，相当一部分是低水平重复，中药剂型改革应该确保药物有效成分的提取、保存、临床疗效的发挥，因此，药品研发质量有待于进一步提高。Objective：by statistically analyzing the Chinese patent medicines （abbreviated as Cpms） with same names and different formulations recorded in Chinese Pharmacopoeia clinical practice and guide for Chinese medicines（ 2005 edition）, Author summed up related literatures and put forward some suggestions on the formulation reform of Cpms,to promote rational use of them. Methods ： to refer to ＂Chinese Pharmacopoeia clinical practice and guide for Chinese medicines＂ （2005）, and to statistically analyze the data with Excel table and histogram. Results ：there are in total 228 kinds of Cpms with more than 2 formulations, accounting for 16% of the total. Capsules, tablets, granules, pills and oral solution are the major types in market, while effervescent tablets, micro - pills, water pills and bag agent are not so frequently used. Cprm with 2 formulations are the most, accounting for 71.5% of the total. Cpms with 7 or 8 formulations are the least, only accounting for 0.4% of the total. Conclusion：So far, there is a variety of Cpms with different formulations, in which quite a part is of low - level repetition. The formulation reform of them should ensure the extraction and preservation of pharmaceutical active ingredi- ents and clinical efficacy. Therefore,the creativeness of new medicine is about to be promoted.
