某钢筋混凝土空心板桥的检测及加固建议

摘　　要：随着公路交通事业的高速发展,作为连接道路的桥梁,起着至关重要的作用。由于历史和资金的原因,我国大部分20世纪50～70年代修建的桥梁仍在营运使用,但因其设计荷载标准偏低和桥梁宽度偏小等因素,这些桥梁已成为交通运输潜在的隐患。本文对某钢筋混凝土空心板桥进行了包括外观、裂缝、强度及应变、挠度等在内的综合检测,并利用检测结果对该桥的使用性能进行综合评估,评估结果表明:目前该桥梁在正常使用状态下其承载能力满足汽-20级要求。但由于桥台处纵向裂缝过宽,因此建议对该桥桥台进行合理的加固处理,同时对伸缩缝进行清理。为保证该桥的安全运营,应对该桥进行限载(限30t)。The bridge of linking road has taken an extremely effect,along with the highway traffic undertaking of development at top speed.But most of the bridges that were built in sixties or seventies even in fifties last century are still being used now because of the history and fund.And there exist some factors which are the lower designed load standard and narrower width of the bridges.All of these factors make the bridges existed some hidden danger.The comprehensive test,which includes the tests on appearance,crack,strength,stress and deflection,is done on a RC hollow slab bridge.Then an evaluation about the service performance of the bridge is done by the test results.The results show that： At present the bridge＇s carrying capacity meet the requirement of Grade20 of automobile in service stage.But a reinforcement suggestion is proposed because the abutment longitudinal cracks are too wide,the expansion joint of bridge deck is also needed to be cleaned.In order to ensure the safety,the load on the bridge should be limited less than 30 tons.
