摘 要:汶川地震中,绵阳市大部分房屋均有不同程度破坏。本文对绵阳市砖混结构、框架结构房屋所受震害、加固方案进行分析,对施工过程进行了跟踪调研。经过几次明显震感的余震后,经检测,加固过的房屋未出现任何破坏,表明:(1)依据现行相关规范要求进行加固的房屋,抗震能力明显增强。(2)依据墙体破坏程度和墙体承重与否,对墙体采用不同的加固方法,可达到安全快捷的效果。(3)短柱引发结构脆性破坏,采用加箍筋办法对其加强,其抗剪承载力可满足抗震要求。(4)加固针对性要强,震害严重的墙体和抗震薄弱部位墙体要重点加固,从整体上提高建筑抗震能力。In Wenchuan earthquake,Most building structures were damaged for different degrees in Mianyang city.Damage and strength of masonry and frame structures in Mianyang city are analysis,and buildings for post-earthquake reinforcement situation are investigated in this paper.The results show that:(1) The seismic damage of buildings is slight according to applicable code,most of them repairing easily and can be used.(2) According to height of buildings,damage degree and locations of walls adopt different reinforcement which can be safe and economical.(3) Short columns can induced brittle failure,strengthen it with additional stirrups,which shearing capacity can meet the seismic requirements.(4) Seismic capacity of buildings are improving obviously after reinforcement.The buildings do not appear any structural damage while happened three times over 5 magnitude Mianzhu city earthquake.
