摘　　要：目的:观察a-细辛脑注射液辅助治疗儿童支气管哮喘急性发作的疗效。方法:将88例患儿随机分为两组,观察组46例,对照组42例。两组均遵循去除病因、控制发作的治疗原则,避免接触过敏原,积极治疗清除感染病灶,去除各种诱发因素,分别予以解痉、化痰、平喘等对症支持综合处理,根据患儿情况采用不同的给药途径,并保持呼吸道通畅,纠正水、电解质及酸碱平衡,若患儿出现紫绀、大汗淋漓等严重情况则给予相应的抢救。观察组在上述治疗基础上加用a-细辛脑注射液0.5mg/(kg.d)加入5%葡萄糖注射液100mL,静脉点滴,每天1次,两组均以7天为1疗程。结果:观察组总有效率明显优于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),两组在喘息、呼吸困难、胸闷或咳嗽、哮鸣音消失方面,观察组治疗所需时间明显短于对照组,经统计分析有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),观察组的住院天数明显短于对照组,血清中COX-2、IL-8及IgE含量明显低于对照组,经统计学分析有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:a-细辛脑注射液联合西药治疗儿童支气管哮喘急性发作疗效令人满意,值得临床推广。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of a - Xixin brain injection treatment of acute episode bronchial asthma in children. Methods ： 88 patients were divided randomly into two groups, 46 in observation group while 42 in control group. Two groups were performed with removal etiological factors control episode avoiding contact allergen and removing infection. And spasmolysis eliminate sputum and conquer asthma were performed to patients. Different route of ad- ministration were given according to patient status, keep air tube smooth and correction of balance in water electrolyte and acid -base were performed ,0.5mg/（ kg·d）α- Xixin brain injection were intravenous drop additionally pre day which 7 days were one course of treatment in observation group. Results ： total effective rate of observation group was surpass than control groups significantly （ P 〈 0.05）. the treatment time of asthma anhelation cough wheezing rale vanish in observation group were shorter than in control group which was highly significant different（ P 〈 0.01 ） hospital days and level of COX -2 IL- 8 and IgE observation group in were shorter compassed with control group which show significant different （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： the clinical effect of combination α - Xixin brain injection with western medicine is satisfactory and worth extending in clinical.
