摘　　要：[目的]了解粤西地区麻风病康复者生活状况及周边村民对其认知情况及其影响因素。[方法]2010年7~8月,在粤西地区5个麻风病康复村,对53名麻风病康复者和154名周边村民进行调查。[结果]调查康复村麻风病康复者53人,60岁以上的占83.02%;69.81%回答政府的补助金为每月200~299元,84.91%回答生活能基本自理;均表示希望生活能更好;24.53%回答生病时无人照顾。调查周边村民154名,58.44%不知道有康复村存在,40.26%知道康复村住的是一群残疾的麻风病康复者,70.13%表示了解麻风病康复者需要别人的帮助,如果是康复者的家属愿意接他们回家的占42.86%;26.90%表示见到康复者时不会感到恐惧或歧视。[结论]粤西地区麻风病康复者生活水平较低,医疗条件较差。周边农村麻风病医学知识普及不够。[Objective]To understand the living conditions of the leprosy recovery patients in the west of Guangdong province and the cognition of the surrounding villagers toward them and the affecting factors.[Methods]Conduct a questionnaire survey among 53 leprosy recovery patients in five recovery villages in western Guangdong province and other 154 villagers in the surrounding villages from July to August in 2010.[Results]83.02% of the leprosy recovery patients of their age were above 60.69.81% of them received RMB 200-299 yuan from the government.84.91% of them could take care of themselves.24.53% have nobody to take care of them when being sick and everyone of them wished to have a better life in the future.58.44% of the surrounding villagers were not aware of the existence of the leprosy recovery village,40.26% said they knew thew are a crowd of disability recovery patients,70.13% said they kneow the leprosy recovery patients need helpsurvey,26.90% said that they did not feel afraird when seeing patients,42.86% said that if they were the families of the leprosy recovery patients,they were willing to take them home.[Conclusion]The leprosy recovery patients in western Guangdong are living at a low level of life,poor medical conditions.Lack of medical knowledge of leprosy publicity in surrounding rural areas.
