摘 要:[目的]了解铁路机车司机驾驶适性,以便有针对性地探讨机车乘务员作业适性常摸。[方法]2009年,在上海铁路局徐州机务段抽取机车司机275名、机务系统不从事机车驾驶的行政管理或后勤人员89名,检测其驾驶适应性。[结果]检测机车司机275人、对照组89人,立体视力为19.42±3.01 s与23.10±4.81 s,远视力为5.21±0.17与4.87±0.38,动视力为5.18±0.67与10.37±0.29,夜视力为17.26±4.99 s与29.27±6.34 s,深视力为17.02±6.19 mm与28.89±7.01 mm,速度估计2 149.65±256.72 ms与1 740.15±312.56 ms,复杂反应的误反应次数为416.84±64.21次与348.72±108.47次,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。车速<160 km/h的机车司机222名与车速≥160 km/h的53名机车司机,立体视力为20.17±3.59 s与18.91±2.90 s,远视力为5.18±0.09与5.25±0.03,动视力为20.17±3.59与9.87±1.07,夜视力为19.47±4.24 s与18.47±7.41 s,深视力为19.89±4.79 mm与15.78±3.67 mm,速度估计为2 017.45±340.17 ms与2 141.50±270.47 ms,复杂反应的误反应次数为201.78±11.47次与42.07±7.96次,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]机车司机的驾驶适性与非机车司机有所差异,并受到工龄、所驾机车速度的影响。[Objective]To understand driving adaptation among railway engine drivers,to explore the common model suitable to the crew.[Methods]Test investigation was conducted for 275 railway engine drivers and 89 persons responsible for administration as well as logistical personnel in 2009 from Xuzhou.[Results]Of the 275 railway engine drivers and 89 persons in control group tested,the stereoscopic vision,distant vision,visual in motion,night vision and depth vision were,19.42±3.01 s and 23.10±4.81 s,5.21±0.17 and 4.87±0.38,5.18± 0.67 and 10.37±0.29,17.26±4.99 s and 29.27±6.34 s,17.02±6.19 mm and 28.89±7.01 mm respectively.Speed estimation was 2 149.65±256.72 ms and 1 740.15±312.56 ms.The false responses of complex reaction were 416.84±64.21 times and 348.72±108.47 times respectively.There was a difference(P0.01).Of the 222 and 53 railway engine drivers with the driving speed 160 km/h and ≥160 km/h respectively,the stereoscopic vision,distant vision,visual in motion,night vision and depth vision were 20.17±3.59 s and 18.91±2.90 s,5.18±0.09 and 5.25±0.03,20.17± 3.59 and 9.87±1.07,19.47±4.24 s and 18.47±7.41 s,19.89±4.79 mm and 15.78± 3.67 mm respectively.Speed estimation was 2 017.45±340.17 ms and 2 141.50±270.47 ms.The false responses of complex reaction were 201.78±11.47 times and 42.07±7.96 times respectively.There was a difference(P0.01).[Conclusion]There were differences of the driving adaptation between railway engine drivers and non-railway engine drivers,It was associated with the length of service and driving speed.
