美宝创面速愈贴治疗压疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察美宝创面速愈贴治疗压疮的临床效果。方法 125例患者随机分为观察组65例和对照组60例。观察组给予美宝创面速愈贴治疗,对照组给予磺胺嘧啶银软膏治疗。观察2组的临床疗效。结果 观察组总有效率为98.5%高于对照组的88.3%,痊愈时间为(17.6±2.4)d短于对照组的(23.8±2.8)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美宝创面速愈贴治疗压疮效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of MEBO dressing for accelerating wound healing in treating pressure ulcer.Methods 125 cases were randomly divided into observation group of 65 and control group of 60.The observation group was treated with MEBO dressing for accelerating wound healing,while the control group was treated with Silver sulfadiazine oitment.The efficacy of 2 groups was observed.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 98.5% higher than 88.3% of the control group,while the recovery time of the observation group was（17.6±2.4）d shorter than（23.8±2.8）d of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion MEBO dressing for accelerating wound healing has significant effect on pressure ulcer,which is worth clinical popularizing and application.
