摘　　要：目的探讨我院抗过敏药物的应用状况,为临床合理、有效、经济地选用药物提供科学依据。方法对我院2010年3、5、7月抗组胺药物的种类、用药频度(DDDs)、销售金额及序号比值等进行统计分析。结果 安全、高效、与其他药物相互作用小的第2、3代抗组胺药物是我院目前的主导抗过敏药物,且用量合理,经济性较好。结论第2、3代抗组胺药物将成为我院抗过敏治疗的首选药物。Objective To explore the utilization situation of anti-allergic drugs in our hospital,in order to provide scientific basis for clinical rationa,efficient and economical drug use.Methods The category,DDDs,amount money,number and ratio of anti-histamine drugs in March,May and July 2010 of our hospital were statistically analyzed.Results In our hospital,the 2nd and 3rd generation anti-histamine drugs were the leading anti-allergic drugs,which were safe,efficient and of small interaction with other drugs,and their dosage was reasonable,with good economy.Conclusion The 2nd and 3rd generation anti-histamine drugs will be the first choise in anti-allergic treatment in our hospital.
