摘　　要：目的研制"基于中风痉挛性瘫痪患者报告的临床结局评价量表",并对量表性能进行评价。方法可行性采用量表接受率、完成率和完成时间评价。信度检验用内部一致性信度、分半信度评价。采用人为推理判断方法评价内容效度;以Ashworth量表和脑卒中生存质量量表作为校标评估标准效度;采用因子分析和聚类分析考核结构效度。各领域敏感度通过患者前后2次测试结果的差异来反映。结果量表2次测试的内部一致性信度系数均在0.87以上,分半信度系数均在0.90～0.94之间,显示本量表具有较高的稳定性和可靠性。本量表与Ashworth量表、脑卒中生存质量量表相关系数绝对值均大于0.05,显示了良好的标准效度。因子分析和聚类分析均将量表领域分为4类,各领域包含的内容与预想结果呈现高度一致性,表明本量表有较好的结构效度。大多数条目显示了理想的敏感度。结论 "基于中风痉挛性瘫痪患者报告的临床结局评价量表"具有良好的可行性、信度、效度及敏感度,可以用作中风痉挛性瘫痪患者报告结局测量工具。Objective To develop the ＂self-evaluating instrument based on Patient Reported Outcomes for apoplexy spastic-paralysis patients＂ and to examine the performance evaluation. Methods It is based on the acceptance rate, completion rate and time consuming to assess the feasibility of the instrument. Cronbach＇s a coefficient was used to test internal consistency reliability, and split-half reliability was also been done. The validity was assessed by content validity, criterion-related validity and construct validity. The responsibility was measured by the difference from the apoplexy spastic-paralysis tested for two times. Results The Cronbach＇s a coefficients were above 0.87, and the split-half reliability coefficients were from 0.90 to 0.94, which suggested that the scale has perfect reliability. The analysis of criterion-related validity through Ashworth Scale and 8S-QOL Scale indicated that the validity is accord with the standard. Factor analysis and clustering analysis showed that the outcome was consistent with the forecast of three domains. The result of responsibility showed the scale could reflect the change of patients＇ health state, viz. the responsibility is good. Conclusion It was confirmed that the ＂seK-evaluating instrument based on Patient Reported Outcomes for apoplexy spastic-paralysis patients＂ was good performance, which was the bases of PRO instrument practice.
