运用“五常法”规范ICU急救仪器的管理

摘　　要：目的探讨“五常法”在ICU急救仪器管理中的应用效果。方法在ICU急救仪器管理中采用“五常法”管理，并比较实施“五常法”前后急救仪器的管理质量。结果实施“五常法”后ICU急救仪器准备完好率、仪器操作正确率均高于实施前；仪器故障发生率小于实施前，均P〈0．05。结论“五常法”应用于ICU急救仪器的管理，确保仪器正常工作和延长使用寿命，保证抢救的顺利进行，提高危重病人抢救成功率，降低医疗护理风险，减少资源浪费，提高了社会效益，塑造了良好的医院形象。Objective To study the application effect of using five-routine working regulations to rescue instrument in intensive care unit （ ICU ）. Methods The five-routine working regulations was used in the course of standardization management of rescue instrument in ICU, and the compared the effects before and after using this method. Results After using five-routine working regulations, the preparation serviceability rate of reseue instrument in ICU, the instrument operation accuracy rate is higher than before, the instrument failure rate is lower than before, P〈0.05. Conclusion By using five-routine working regulations to rescue instrument in ICU, it ensures the proper functioning of instrument and increasing of service life. In order to promise a salvage smoothly progress, increasing the rescues success rate of seriously ill patients and lower a medical treatment nursing risk. Reduce a waste of resources, to shape the good image of the hospital.
