中药软肝纤消汤对肝纤维化预防及治疗作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究中药软肝纤消汤预防及治疗肝纤维化的作用。方法采用四氯化碳法造大鼠肝纤维化的模型,观察中药软肝纤消汤预防组和治疗组对肝纤维化大鼠血清中的天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、谷氨酰转移酶(GGP)、血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、白/球比(A/G)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及对大鼠肝、脾指数和肝脏病理学变化的影响。结果中药软肝纤消汤预防组ALT、GGP、LDH、A/G、肝脾指数水平与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药软肝纤消汤对肝细胞脂肪变性、肝细胞坏死、肝纤维组织增生有明显的预防作用(P<0.05)。中药软肝纤消汤治疗组血清中AST、BUN、脾指数与模型组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药软肝纤消汤对肝细胞脂肪变性、肝细胞坏死、肝纤维组织增生有明显的治疗作用。结论中药软肝纤消汤对四氯化碳所致大鼠肝纤维化具有预防和治疗作用。[Objective] To study the prevention and cure effects of Chinese medicine Ruanganxianxiao Soup on hepatic fibrosis.[Methods]Model of rat liver fibrosis was established by carbon tetrachloride method.The effect of Ruanganxianxiao Soup on serum AST,ALT,GGP,TP,ALB,A/G,ALP,LDH of rats in prevention group and treatment group were observed,as well as liver and spleen index and pathological changes of liver.[Results]Compared ALT,GGP,LDH,A/G,liver and spleen index between prevention group and model group,the differences were significant.Ruanganxianxiao Soup had obvious prevention effect against steatosis,liver cell necrosis,liver fibrosis（P 0.05）.The differences of serum AST,BUN,liver and spleen index between treatment group and model group were significant（P0.05）.Ruanganxianxiao Soup had obvious cure effect against liver steatosis,liver cell necrosis,liver fibrosis（P 0.05）.[Conclusion]Chinese Medicine Ruanganxianxiao Soup has prevention and cure effect on rat liver fibrosis due to carbon tetrachloride
