摘  要:目的建立一种快速检测化学中毒毒物组分的新方法。方法以分散固相萃取法为前处理技术,乙酸乙酯为提取试剂,气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)和气相色谱-氮磷检测器(GC-NPD)分析试样中10种毒物组分的残留。结果 10种毒物组分的加标回收率范围为72.8%~103.0%;相对标准差0.2%~8.3%;最低检出浓度0.10~0.50mg/kg。结论该方法可获得较高的回收率和精密度,较传统前处理方法更简便、快速,是一种更有效的前处理方法。[Objective] To establish a new method for rapid detection of toxic components of chemical poisoning.[Methods]Gas chromatography-electron capture detector (GC-ECD)and gas chromatography-nitrogen phosphorus detector (GC-NPD) were applied to analyze 10 toxic components of the residual with dispersive solid phase extraction as pretreatment technology and ethyl acetate as extraction agent.[Results]The recoveries ranged from 72.8%~103.0%;relative standard deviation was 0.2%~83%;minimum detectable limit was 0.10~0.50 mg/kg[Conclusion]This method can obtain high recovery and precision.It is a more effective pre-treatment method which is more simple,rapid than traditional pre-treatment methods
