摘 要:目的观察分析微波作业人员心电图异常情况。方法在2010年职业健康检查中,选取247名某通讯公司微波作业人员为接触组,同时选择性别、年龄、工龄等情况与接触组差异无显著性的235名不接触微波的行政机关公务员为对照。结果接触组窦性心动过缓、窦性心动过速、心律不齐、ST-T改变检出率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);微波作业环境下,心电图异常改变与性别差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);接触微波作业人员随工龄增长而心电图异常改变明显增加。结论微波可引起微波作业人员心电图异常,应加大对微波作业人员职业卫生知识的宣传教育和加强个人防护以及进一步对工艺技术设备的革新与改造。[Objective] To observe and analyze the electrocardiogram(ECG)abnormalities of microwave workers.[Methods]A total of 247 microwave workers from a communication enterprise were selected as exposure group in the process of occupational health examination of 2010.Another 235 public servants without microwave exposure and significantly differences of gender,age,service length to exposure group were selected as control group.[Results]Sinus bradycardia,tachycardia,arrhythmia,ST-T changes of the exposure group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P0.01).In Microwave operating environment,ECG abnormality was not significantly different between genders(P0.05).The change of ECG abnormality increased with the extending length of service among microwave workers.[Conclusion]Microwave can induce ECG abnormality of workers with exposure.It is necessary to strengthen the occupational health education and individual protection among microwave workers,and innovation and transformation of technology equipment.
