北京市昌平区2009年法定传染病疫情分析

摘　　要：目的为控制传染病的暴发、流行提供依据。方法对2009年昌平区发现报告的法定传染病进行分析。结果昌平区2009年北京市法定报告传染病发病2类19种10541例,未发现甲类法定报告传染病病例报告,报告发病率为1406.45/10万,死亡病例共报告12例,报告死亡率为1.60/10万,病死率为0.11%;报告发病率较去年上升15.92%,报告死亡率上升131.47%,病死率下降99.72%。2009年报告乙类传染病发病12种4009例,丙类传染病发病7种6532例,分别占全部病例数的38.03%和61.97%。结论昌平区传染病发病病种以肠道传染病为主;人群以散居儿童、幼托儿童和学生为主;地区发病以城乡结合部为主。应加强食品卫生执法力度,卫生知识宣传和计划免疫工作。[Objective] To provide the evidences for controlling outbreaks and prevalence of infectious diseases.[Methods]The reported cases of notifiable infectious diseases in Changping district in 2009 were analyzed.[Results]10 541 cases of notifiable infectious disease,including 2 categories of 19 kinds,were reported in Changping district in 2009,no cases of category A notifiable infectious diseases was reported,and the reported incidence was 1406.45/lakh.There were 12 death cases,the reported mortality was 1.60/lakh,and the fatality rate was 0.11%.Compared with 2008,the reported incidence increased by 15.92%,reported mortality increased by 131.47%,and the fatality rate declined by 99.72%.4 009 cases of 12 kinds of category B infectious diseases and 6 532 cases of 7 kinds of category C was reported,which accounted for 38.03% and 61.97% of total cases respectively.[Conclusion]The infectious diseases in Changping district was dominated by intestinal infectious diseases,most of patients were scattered children,kindergarten children and students,cases mainly occurred in rural-urban continuum.It is necessary to strengthen law enforcement of food safety,health knowledge education and expended program for immunization （EPI）.
