摘　　要：寻找职业卫生监督执法与企业管理关系的切入点,以减少职业病危害,防止职业病发生。监督执法人员工作中要尊重企业管理人员,认真向他们宣传《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》和基本职业卫生服务(BOHS)政策内容,争取他们的支持和配合,减少工作摩擦,提高工作效率,为企业排忧解难,以保障劳务工人的健康权益。[Methods]Looking for the breakthrough point of relationship between occupational health supervision and enterprise management,in order to reduce the occupational hazards and prevent occupational diseases.The supervisor should respect the administrative staff of enterprises,propagate the policy content of the Code of Occupational Disease Prevention of PRC and basic occupational health service （BOHS）,gain managers＇ support and cooperation,reduce friction,improve work efficiency,solve problems for enterprises,so as to ensure health rights of workers.
