摘 要:目的:利用乌头碱建立大鼠心肌损伤模型,观察诃子对心肌细胞形态和心肌乳酸脱氢酶的保护作用。方法:用比色法测定心肌细胞内乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)的总活性;用电泳法测定心肌及血清中LDH同工酶的含量;用细胞化学HE染色法观察心肌病理结构的改变。结果:诃子高剂量组与模型组心肌CK酶活性有显著差异,P<0.05;诃子高、低剂量组血清LDH_1/LDH_2比值的异常百分率较模型组低。诃子高、低剂量组实验动物心肌细胞结构较模型组完整,其核形态规整,肌节清晰,肌原纤维排列整齐,横纹、闰盘趋于规则,接近正常。结论:本实验证实,蒙药诃子在心肌酶和形态学方面有保护心肌,缓解乌头碱对心肌毒性的作用。Objective:Explore the protective effects of decoction of terminalia(DT) on myocardial cells damaged by aconitine. Methods: Activities of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and creatine kinase (CK) and isoenzymes of LDH were monitored by chemicalmethods; Cytochemical technologies were used to detect the structures of myocardial cells. Resuits:Between high dosage of DT and model,there were difference in CK activity in myocardium(P 〈 0.05) .The abnormal percentage of LDH1/LDH2 reduced in high and lower dosages of DT groups. The myocardial structures of two dosages of DT groups were more complete and regular than model's. Conclusion: The Mongolia medicine, DT, has protective effect on myocardium and can relieve the toxicity of Aconitine.
