HPLC法测定消渴降糖胶囊中槲皮素的含量

摘　　要：目的:用HPLC法测定消渴降糖胶囊中槲皮素的含量。方法:采用DiamonsilTM(钻石)C_(18)色谱柱(200×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-水-磷酸(45:55:0.04)为流动相,检测波长为360nm。结果:槲皮素在0.04725～0.378μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为101.1%(n=5),RSD为0.6%。结论:该检测方法简便,准确,重现性好。可用于消渴降糖胶囊中槲皮素的测定。Objective： To determine the content of quercetin in Xiaoke Jiangtang Capsules. Method： The product was analyzed by HPLC. Using DiamonsilTM C18 （200 x 4.6mm, 5μm） colunm, acetonitrile - water - H3 PO4 （45 ： 55 ： 0.04） as mobile phase and 360nm as detection wavelength. Result： The linear range of quercetin was 0. 004725 - 0. 378μg, the recovery of this method was 101.1% and the RSD was 0.6%. Conclusion： The method is convient, accurate and can be applied in quantitative determination of the preparation.
