塞来昔布对大鼠慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的血清IL-8影响及病理学观察

摘　　要：目的观察塞来昔布对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎大鼠模型的血清IL-8影响及病理学变化。方法选择40例SD大鼠,分为4组,1组作为对照组,其余3组建立慢性非细菌性前列腺炎模型,按组别分别给予生理盐水(0.5mL/100g)和不同剂量的塞来昔布(2mg/100g,4mg/100g),连续治疗4周。比较大鼠体重增长、前列腺湿重与脏/体比值以及血清IL-8水平的变化。结果与炎症模型组比较,塞来昔布组大鼠体重明显增加,前列腺湿重与脏/体比值以及血清IL-8水平明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同剂量塞来昔布组间无明显差异。结论塞来昔布能够降低慢性非细菌性前列腺炎大鼠的血清IL-8水平,减轻前列腺炎症反应,为临床合理用药提供依据。Objective To observe the change of serum IL-8 and pathological changes in chronic non-bacterial prostatitis rat model by celecoxib Methods There were 40 cases of SD rats were divided into four groups,one as the control group,the other three groups to establish chronic non-bacterial prostatitis rat model. These three groups were given normal saline （0.5mL/lOOg） and different doses of celecoxib （2mg/lO0g,4mg/10Og）,continuous treatment for 4 weeks. Comparison of body weight,wet weight of prostate and prostate weight/mouse weight and serum IL-8 levels were observed. Results To inflammation model group,the celecoxib group were significantly increased body weight, wet weight of prostate and prostate weight/mouse weight and serum IL-8 levels were significantly decreased.The difference was significant （P〈0.O5）.Different doses of eeleeoxib was no significant difference between groups. Conclusion Celecoxib can make chronic bacterial prostatitis in rats decreased serum levels of IL-8,prostatitis inflammatory reaction reduced,to provide the basis for clinical treatment.
