摘 要:目的通过收集正常人生活节奏和脑诱发电位资料,探讨紧张的生活节奏对正常人大脑高级功能的影响。方法评定183名正常人生活紧张程度,据此分为三组:不紧张组99例、较紧张组72例、很紧张组12例,检测其听觉诱发电位(AEP)、事件相关电位(P300)和关联性负变(CNV)等脑诱发电位指标。结果与生活不紧张、较紧张组相比,生活很紧张组的P3b潜伏期显著缩短;与不紧张组相比,生活很紧张组CNV时程(A-C)显著缩短。生活紧张程度与CNV期待波时程A-C、AEP-N1波幅呈负相关。结论长期生活节奏紧张导致了正常人脑电生理的一些改变,并可能是某些负性情绪和大脑高级功能受损的因素之一。Objective To explore the effect of living tempo on evoked brain potentials of healthy adults.Methods The data of evoked brain potentials and the degree of living tempo were collected from 183 healthy adults.One hundred and eighty-three healthy adults were divided into three groups according to the degree of living tempo:no-tense group(n=99),quite-tense group(n=72) and very-tense group(n=12).The auditory evoked potentials(AEP),event related potential P300,contingent negative variation were detected.Results Compared with no-tense group and quite-tense group,the latency of P3b was shortened significantly in very-tense group.Compared with no-tense group,contingent negative variation latency was significantly shortened in very-tense group.Living tempo was negatively correlated with contingent negative variation latency and AEP-N1 amplitude.Conclusion Tense living tempo may result in brain electrophysiological abnormality in healthy adults,and could be a factor inducing some negative emotion and brain functional lesion.
