摘  要:目的研究并建立潞党参药材极性和非极性成分HPLC指纹图谱,为党参质量控制提供依据。方法采用HPLC-UV法分别建立潞党药材中极性和非极性成分指纹图谱,色谱条件为:Diamonsil C18色谱柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);检测波长分别为266 nm和230 nm;流动相:乙腈-水,分别进行梯度洗脱,对山西不同产地潞党参药材进行分析。结果潞党参药材非极性部分指纹图谱有9个共有峰,极性部分指纹图谱有13个共有峰,山西不同产地潞党参极性和非极性指纹图谱相似度较高(>0.87)。结论本文所建立的潞党参药材的HPLC指纹图谱方法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为党参药材质量均一性评价的基础。Objective To establish the fingerprint of polar and nonpolar components in Radix Codonopsis for providing a basis for quality control of Radix Codonopsis.Methods Fingerprints of polar and nonpolar components in Radix Codonopsis were established by HPLC-UV on Diamonsil C18 column(200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) gradiently eluted with acetonitrile-water.The detection wavelengths were 266 nm and 230 nm,respectively.Results Nine and thirteen common peaks were found in the fingerprint of nonploar and polar components,respectively.The similarity of fingerprints of Codonopsis pilosula(Franch.) Nannf from Lingchuan,Shanxi Province was higher(〉0.87).Conclusion The HPLC fingerprint established in this study is convenient,accurate and reproductive,and could be used as the evaluation basis for quality homogeneity of Codonopsis pilosula(Franch.)Nannf.
