手法按摩配合低温热塑板渐进塑形治疗婴幼儿先天性马蹄内翻足

摘　　要：目的评价手法按摩配合低温热塑板外固定对6个月以内婴幼儿先天性马蹄内翻足的疗效。方法经过手法按摩,应用具有记忆功能的高分子低温热塑板固定,治疗先天性马蹄内翻足26例39足,男18例27足,女8例12足,年龄≤6月。结果本组26例均得到随访,随访时间6-12月,26例单纯性马蹄内翻足患儿外观畸形纠正,23例36足矫形效果满意,优良率92.3%,疗效满意。结论手法按摩配合低温热塑板渐进性塑形治疗婴幼儿先天性马蹄内翻足是一种疗效确切、安全易行且并发症较少的保守治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of repeated manipulation combined with low-temperature thermoplastic polymer splint for external fixture in infants with congenital clubfoot.Methods Thirty-nine congenital clubfeet of 26 infants below 6 months,27 feet in 18 males and 12 feet in 8 females,were treated with manipulation and fixation by low-temperature thermoplastic polymer splint with function of memory.Results All patients were followed up for 6-12 months.The deformities of foot were rectified in all patients,and the excellent and good rate was 92.3%（36 feet in 23 infants）.Conclusion For the congenital clubfoot in infants,manipulation and low-temperature thermoplastic polymer splint is an effective and safe conservative therapy with less complication.
