摘　　要：目的研究职业性有毒有害物质对人体肝胆脾肾等的影响在超声影像上的表现。方法应用超声动态观察肝胆脾肾等的改变情况。结果职业性接毒接害人员超声检查,其胃肠有较强气体反射多于正常人,肝胆脾肾等的病变也稍大于正常人。结论超声检查较适合于接毒接害人员的大批量检查及中毒病人的复查。[Objective]To study the effect of hazardous substances on gallbladder,spleen and kidney in ultrasonographic features.[Methods]Dynamic observation was performed on changes of liver,gallbladder,spleen and kidney by ultrasonic examination.[Results]Ultrasonic examination showed that the number of occupational hazard and toxicant exposed personnel with a reflex of gastrointestinal gas transit and a pathological change on liver,gallbladder,spleen and kidney was higher than those of normal people.[Conclusion]Ultrasonic examination is suitable for multitudinous examination of the occupational hazard and toxicant exposed personnel and the reexamination of poisoned patients.
