摘 要:采用菌丝生长速率法和孢子萌发法,室内测定了12种杀菌剂对枇杷花腐病2种病原菌拟盘多毛孢(Pestalo-tiopsis eriobotrifolia)和灰葡萄孢(Botrytis cinerea)的抑菌效果.结果表明:30%苯醚甲.丙环唑乳油、50%异菌脲可湿性粉剂、26%嘧胺.乙霉威可湿性粉剂、50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂和70%甲基硫菌灵可湿性粉剂等5种杀菌剂对2种病原菌的菌丝生长和孢子萌发都具有强烈的抑制作用;70%嘧霉胺水分散粒剂和50%嘧菌环胺水分散粒剂对2种病原菌也有较好的抑制作用;其余药剂抑制作用相对较差.Twelve fungicides were chosen to investigate their effectiveness against Pestalotiopsis eriobotrifolia and Botrytis cinerea in vitro by the method of colonial growth-rate and spore germination.The results showed that the fungicides with strong activity against mycelial growth and spore germination of the two pathogens were difenoconaxole+propiconazole,iprodione,pyrimethanil+diethofencarb,carbendazim and thiophanate-methyl.The fungicides with activity against the two pathogens were pyrimethanil and cyprodinil.Rest of the fungicides had weak activity against the two pathogens.
