摘  要:芳砜纶纤维是我国自主研发的新型耐高温纤维。目前对其纺纱工艺研究多是针对棉型芳砜纶纤维,而对其他长度的芳砜纶纤维研究较少。将芳砜纶长丝牵切成条,直接获得纤维长度分别为60、80、100 mm的条子,对牵切、并条、粗纱、细纱各项工序进行试验,并测试细纱强度、条干、毛羽3项指标,确定了纺纱最佳捻系数为330。The polysulfonamide(PSA) fiber is independent researched in China and it is a new high-temperature resistant fiber.Nowadays,the study of spinning process are mostly focus on the PSA staple fiber.But the spinning process of medium-length or longer PSA fiber is rarely researched.PSA filament was stretch broken into different medium length and at the same time form the tops with the fiber length of the 60 mm,80 mm,100 mm.The process including stretch breaking,blending,drawing,roving and spinning.And the yarn intensity,yarn evenness,hairiness were tested.The best coefficient of twist was 330.
