摘 要:针对印染废水成分复杂、CODCr高、色度大,采用单一生化处理工艺很难达到国家一级排放要求的现状,用铁屑内电解与生化组合方法改造原废水处理系统,取得了大大降低CODCr值,BOD5/CODCr值提高,色度去除率达90%以上,出水达到国家一级排放要求等良好效果。Directing against that the components of printing and dyeing wastewater are comprehensive,high in chemical oxygen demand(CODCr) and rich in color,and the sole use of biological treatment process is difficult to reach the national primary discharge standard,the iron chip inner-electrolysis and biochemistry method were adopted to transform the wastewater system.The value of CODCr was decreased,and the value of BOD5/CODCr was increased,the removal rate of chroma could reach 90%,the discharge reached the national standard.
