摘 要:应用36Cl研究氯在烤烟器官中的分布。结果表明,各器官含氯量是:叶>茎>根,叶含氯量分别比根、茎高32.00%和28.00%。根、茎、叶吸收总氯量分别占全株总氯量的9.02%,19.12%和71.80%。随着施氯量的增加,烤烟叶含氯量增加,施5.0g/株氯,叶含氯量分别比对照(未施氯)和施1.0g/株,3.0g/株氯高24.30%,12.20%和8.54%。烤烟氯利用率随施氯量的增加而下降。施5.0g/株氯烤烟氯利用率比施1.0g/株、3.0g/株氯下降68.31%和32.10%。氯的烤烟干物重随施氯量的增加而增加,施3.0g/株氯,烤烟叶干物重比对照和施1.0g/株氯增加39.81%和32.92%。但施高氯(5.0g/株)烟叶干重反而下降,5.0g/株氯比施3.0g/株氯下降19.55%。In an isotope ( 36 Cl) tracing study of the distribution of Cl in flue cured tobacco plants, the leaf was found to contain 32.00% and 28.00%, respectively, more Cl than the root and the stem, absorbed Cl in the root, the stem and the leaf accounting for 9.02%,19.12% and 71.80% of the total Cl uptake by the plant, respectively. Cl content in the leaf increased with Cl rate. Compared with the rates of 0 (control), 1.0 and 3.0 g Cl/plant, the treatment of 5.0 g Cl/plant had 24.30%,12.20% and 8.54% higher Cl in its plant leaf. Cl utilization rate by the plant decreased with increase in Cl rate. Compared with the treatments of 1.0 and 3.0 g Cl/plant, the Cl utilization rate of the treatment of 5.0 g Cl/plant dropped by 68.31% and 32.10%, respectively. The dry weight of tobacco leaves increased with Cl rate up to 3.0 g/plant, which had a 39.81% and 32.92% higher leaf Cl than the control. However, further increase in Cl rate decreased leaf dry weight, the treatment of 5.0 g Cl/plant had 19.55% less Cl than the treatment of 3.0 g Cl/plant.
