坎地沙坦联合卡维地络治疗充血性心力衰竭患者46例的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨坎地沙坦联合卡维地络治疗充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床效果。方法选择2008年4月至2010年4月CHF患者91例,以上患者被随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组在常规治疗基础上给予卡维地洛和坎地沙坦。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予卡维地洛。观察两组患者治疗前后超声心动图改变情况。结果观察组总有效率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后超声心动图检测结果分别与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论坎地沙坦联合卡维地络能够显著改善CHF患者左室功能,临床效果显著。Objective To explore the clinical effect of candesartan combined with carvedilol therapy for patients with congestive heart failure（CHF）.Methods 91 cases of patients with CHF were selected from April 2008 to April 2010,and randomly divided into observation group and control group.Carvedilol was used to control group on the base of routine treatment,candesartan combined with carvedilol was given to observation group on the base of routine treatment.The change of Doppler echocardiography in two groups was observed before and after treatment.Results The total rate of clinical efficacy in observation group compared with that in control group,there was statistical difference between the two groups（P0.05）;the results of Doppler echocardiography in observation group after treatment compared with that in control group,there was statistical difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusions Candesartan combined with carvedilol can improve the cardiac function of the patients with CHF,and significant clinical effect.
