摘  要:本研究测定了皖南花猪从出生到360日龄血清7种酶的水平和活性,并分析了随猪日龄变化各种酶活性的变化规律。结果显示,各种酶随着日龄的变化十分明显,其中30~60和120~150日龄阶段是各种酶变化的转折点:猪去势后这些酶的变化趋势无明显的改变。在后备猪中仅AKP、GOT和CK分别与日龄之间的相关达到显著水平(-0.7532、-0.7121和-0.7575),酶之间的相关仅GOT与AKP之间表现明显(0.8990);而肥育猪中Amy、LDH和CK分别与日龄的相关达到-0.7298、-0.9357和-0.7626,GOT分别与AKP和Amy的相关达到0.7349和0.9113,LDH分别与Amy和CK的相关达到0.7403和0.7481。It showed that the change of the serum enzyme activity with day ages was very significant,in which the turning points were at 30~60 and 120~150 day age stage,and the change between replacement and finishing pig did not differ.For replacement pig,the correlation coefficients between day age,respectively,and AKP,GOT and CK were -0.7532,-0.7121 and -0.7575,and with 0.8990 between AKP and GOT.In finishing pig,the correlation coefficients between day age,respectively,and Amy,LDH and CK were -0.7532,-0.7121 and -0.7575,and with 0.8990 between AKP and GOT.In finishing fig,the correlation coefficients between day age,respectively,and Amy,LDH and CK were -0.7298,-0.9357 and -0.7626.The correlation coefficient between GOT and Amy was 0.9113,and with 0.7349 between GOT and AKP,0.7403 between LDH and Amy and 0.7481 between LDH and CK for finishing pig.
