匀浆膳不同稀释方法对病人鼻饲过程中腹泻的影响

摘　　要：[目的]观察用不同的稀释液配制立适康匀浆膳管饲液对病人鼻饲过程中腹泻的影响。[方法]将78例脑外伤术后需要肠内营养的病人随机分为A组和B组,分别使用米汤和开水配制立适康匀浆膳管饲液予以鼻饲,观察两组病人腹泻发生率以及每日腹泻的次数。[结果]A组病人腹泻发生率明显高于B组(P<0.05),且腹泻严重程度比开水配制组病人重。[结论]采用开水配制立适康匀浆膳管饲液,可减少腹泻的发生,降低鼻饲并发症的发生率,提高肠内营养的疗效。Objective：To observe the influence of different dilution to dispense Leskon homogenized liquid for nasal feeding patients with diarrhea.Methods：A total of 78 postoperative traumatic brain injury patients were randomly divided into group A and group B.Leskon homogenized liquid tube feeding diet were mixed with rice water and boiling water respectively.Then the incidence of diarrhea and the times of daily diarrhea of the two group cases were observed.Results：The incidence of diarrhea among group A patients was significantly higher than that of group B（P0.05）.And diarrhea of group A patients was more severe than that of group B cases.Conclusion：To apply boiling water to dispense Leskon homogenized dietary can reduce diarrhea and enhance the therapeutic effect of enteral nutrition.
