摘　　要：在综合分析了城镇地籍信息系统功能和土地利用信息系统功能的基础上,研究并设计了城乡一体化地籍信息系统的功能。从地籍数据的采集、更新和应用3个层面设计了管理维护、土地调查、地籍变更、土地登记、查询分析、统计分析和共享服务等7个子系统。On the basis of generalized analysis the functions of Urban Cadastral Information System and Land Use Information System,this article studied and designed the functions of Urban and Rural Integrative Cadastral Information System.It has designed management and maintenance,land survey,cadastral changes,land registration,query and analysis,statistical analysis and sharing services and so on seven subsystems from three levels:cadastral data's gathering,updating and using.
