摘　　要：给出了远程教育资源系统的结构、基本功能以及业务流程,分析了系统实现过程中关键功能:系统数据库的连接以及视频资源上传功能。This paper has firstly designed the structure,basic functions and business processed of the remote education resource system.Then has secondly analyzed the key features of system： the connection of system database and the upload funciton of video resource.
