摘　　要：针对齿轮类工艺数据复杂多样的特点,提出了利用网络技术和数据库技术构建工艺信息管理系统的需求。结合工艺设计和工艺信息管理等主要模块,详细介绍了系统的体系结构及模块的功能特点。基于Brower/Server模式并以产品数据库为核心,开发了面向产品设计与过程管理的工艺信息管理系统。应用实例表明,该系统实现了工艺信息的共享与协同处理,并能对工艺信息进行实时高效的管理。In order to satisfy the characteristics of the complexity and variety of gear parts process data,the need of process information management system established by network technology and database technology was proposed.The architecture of system and the function of module were elaborated by some main modules such as process design module and process information management module.Based on Brower/Server mode and using product database as center,the process information management system faced with product design and procedure management was developed.The applied case indicated that this system has realized the sharing and cooperative work of process information,and could timely and efficiently manage the process information.
