摘 要:基于机电一体化技术,结合先进控制软件及其编程,开发成功了新型机油泵性能测试系统。依据国家标准,用其对机油泵的出油时间、限压阀截止压力和出油量等进行了全面的测试。结果表明,该测试系统具有自动化程度高、测量精确、数据显示直观、系统性能稳定可靠等优点,可以适用于多种机油泵性能测试,具有较为宽广的应用及推广价值。Based on the mechatronies technology, the test system for the performance of oil pump has been designed by using advanced control method. According to JB/T 8886-1999, the out flow time, the deadline pressure of pressure limiting valve and the flow of oil have been measured effectively by this system. The results show that the system has the advanlages on high aulomatic process and measuring accuracy, good visualization of date, reliable and stable test performance and so on .Also ,it potentially shows that the system can be applied to the test for many kinds of oil pumps, and the test system is powerful for practical application and spread widely.
