摘 要:为判定PSS能否有效抑制低频振荡的这一关键问题,开发了一种发电机电压波动信号分析系统。首先分析了电力系统低频振荡的原因和危害,以及电力系统稳定器(PSS)安装和性能测试的必要性。然后说明了系统工作原理,并详细介绍了平台数据分析过程和主要功能:完成数据的实时显示和存储、数据的分析以及同DSP的通信。最后在南瑞继保电气有限公司的动模实验室进行了功能测试,并将测试结果与中国电科院仪器分析仪所得结果进行了对比。结果表明,该系统可准确测定电力系统稳定器性能,以此提高电力系统安全性,具有积极意义。Aiming at solving the key problem of that whether PSS effectively restrain the low frequency oscillation, this paper develops a signal analysis system for the fluctuating generator voltage. The causes and damages of the low frequency oscillation in the power system are firstly analyzed. Meanwhile, the necessity of the PSS installation and performance test is also put forward. Then the Working principles, the data analysis process and the main functions of the system are detailedly explained. The presented system has the functions of data real-time display, data storage, data analysis and DSP communication. Finally, the experiment test is taken in the motion simulation laboratory of Nari- Relays Electric Co., Ltd., and the test result is compared with that obtained by the instrument FLC-2 from electrical science institute of China. It is found that the signal analysis system proposed in this paper can accurately test the property to improve the security of the power system. The achievements obtained in this paper have active meaning.
