摘 要:某型火炮的反后坐装置包括驻退复进机和驻退机,结构十分复杂。为深入了解该装置的工作过程和主要影响因素,在分析该火炮后坐装置反面问题理论基础上,基于MATLAB语言编写了其反面问题仿真程序,通过仿真获得了该炮工作过程中的运动学和动力学参量,并分析了火炮实际工作过程中射角、温度、漏液、漏气等对火炮工作特性的影响。研究表明,后坐制动时,驻退机和驻退复进机都起了较大的作用,复进制动时,主要是驻退机起作用;驻退液温度、反后坐装置中的节制环内径磨损对火炮后坐长度和后坐阻力有较大影响。Certain gun has a very complicated recoil system which including recoil and counterrecoil mechanism, recoil brake. In order to look into the working process and the main influencing factors of the system, after analyzing the gun' s recoil system inverse problem theory, the relevant simulation program is developed using MATLAB language. Through simulation, the kinematic and dynamic parameters which change when gun works are obtained, the effects on the gun performance character of the firing angle, the oil temperature, oil leaking, gas leaking etc. In gun actual work process are analyzed and two conclusion are drawn. The recoil and counter recoil mechanism, the recoil brake both play important role in preventing recoiling, but only the recoil brake play important role in preventing comeback. The oil temperature, the inner diameter abrasion of the throttling valve in the recoil system have distinct influence on the gun recoil length and recoil resistance.
