摘　　要：通过对螺旋齿拉刀三维实体造型过程的分析,提出了将特征参数化和草图参数化结合进行三维建模的方法。利用草图功能绘制完整齿槽,并通过布尔运算生成刀具实体,实现了螺旋齿拉刀的三维实体造型。旨在为设计人员寻求简便有效的设计方法和工具提供参考。By analyzing the 3D solid molding process of the helical broach,the 3D molding method of combining parametric features with parametric sketch is put forward. The complete teeth are drawn by means of sketch function, and the 3D tool molding is created through tool operation. The 3D solid molding of the complicated tool is realized. The way can provide a reference for designers to find a simple and effective design methods and tools.
