摘　　要：分析了传统测温元件的基本工作原理及其不足,介绍了数字式温度传感器DS18B20的特性、结构及其使用方法,并采用DS18B20作为测温元件设计了一个温度测控系统。系统以AT89C51单片机为主控制器,用于温度数据的采集、存储和越限报警控制;以74HC595为显示控制芯片,实时显示温度数据。系统结构简单,测量精度高,可靠性高。Analysing the basic principle and the shortage of temperature measurement devices.Introduced the characteristics,structure and usage of digital temperature sensor DS18B20,and using DS18B20 as temperature measurement device to design a temperature control system,which is a AT89C51 microcomputer-based system,for the temperature data collection,storage and limited alarm control;Using 74LS595 as the display control chip,real-time display temperature data.It has the superiority of simple structure,high precision,good reliability.
