摘　　要：婚姻法司法解释(三)(征求意见稿)对夫妻财产关系有许多突破性规定,但部分条款的合理性需再探讨:应在遵守一般性财产法律规范的前提下,注重反映夫妻财产关系特点;在坚持夫妻财产共有制的原则下,尊重夫妻个人财产。The exposure graft of the marriage law judicial interpretation Ⅲ has made breakthrough regulations about marital property relations, but some clauses of rationality need to be further studied. In compliance with general property norms, the draft should reflect the characteristics of the marital property relations. And, with the principle of community property, the draft should respect individual property.
